In the event of a breach or a threatened breach of this Agreement by Website User or anyone under the control or direction of Website User, Saunders shall be entitled to an injunction restraining Website User or persons under the control or direction of Website User from such breach. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as prohibiting Saunders from pursuing such other remedies as may be available to Saunders for any such breach."
